We waited for 45 minutes for the service, but no one showed up. Even more frustrating was that no one informed us about the no-show.

Fantastic service from Eco Fresh Solutions. They are always so friendly and do a fabulous job. Our kitchen and bathrooms have never been so sparkly. I was hesitant to get a cleaner, and I realise it's an utter luxury, but with a pre-schooler, a teenager and a puppy, it's been a life saver! Thanks team - keep up the great work.

Holly and her service has been very responsive, helpful and flexible and we are impressed with their ethos. The cleaners were professional, on time and very thorough. They are very easy to communicate with and are now our 'go to' service and we highly recommend them.

I had mistakenly thought the quote would be adjusted to the time actually spent cleaning rather than the full lump sum regardless, so I had needed to check everything was complete and to standard before the the cleaners left, and apparently point out missed bits.

Behind sofas and the sofa cushions, inside the fridge and a couple of cupboards, window and door tracks, behind the tv, shower door and corners of flooring were not clean but I discovered these later and so I ended up cleaning quickly myself, as I had a deadline to meet.

I was very disappointed to still be charged $650 (2 people for 4.5 hours) for this, especially given most rooms were empty and therefore relatively easy to clean.

Not good value for money, I definitely won't be using Eco Fresh again.

Such a lovely and professional team, so glad I’ve decided to have my house cleaned regularly. The ladies did an amazing job and I would not hesitate in recommending them.
